My name is Ntathu.
I'm a mother of three grown daughters, an author, and a yoga and meditation teacher.
For over fifteen years, I've been helping women navigate busy, caregiving-filled lives and reclaim rest in a stress-filled, nonstop world; with the tools, care, and support you need to pause, look after yourself, and find peace.
Through personal losses, including my brother, cousin, a miscarriage, and my mum, whom I cared for through Alzheimer's, I deeply understand the exhaustion of grief, how deeply we need rest, AND how hard it can be to give ourselves permission to pause and make time for self-care as our grief unfolds.
This led me to create the 1-Minute Calm Kit: A set of gentle, nurturing practices offered to support you when self-care feels out of reach so that you get a moment of relief and peace whenever you need it, especially on difficult days.
Most importantly, I am here to support you and remind you that your body, life, and heart deserve kindness and tenderness, too.
